The STMicroelectronics STM1001RWX6F Supervisor is a robust,
convenient, and cost-effective reset/power-on reset solution. It is
specially designed for use in harsh and extreme temperature
operating environments, with a temperature range of -40C to 85C
(TA). The STM1001 is a SOT-23-3 package and offers an open drain or
open collector active-low reset at a minimum time of 140 ms. The
device is powered by a wide operating voltage range of 2.63V to
4.63V. Its simple reset and power-on reset feature makes it a great
selection for use in low-power and space-constrained applications.
