Rotary lobe pumps
Accuvon rotary lobe pumps can effectively transport sludge with a
solid content of 3-6% for a long time.We add axial wear-resistant
protective lining plates to the pump to effectively protect the
pump shell.When the medium is severely worn in the equipment,it
only needs to replace the wear -resistant lining plate, which saves
the cost of equipment maintenance in the later stage.The rotor uses
NBR coated rubber,which also has abrasion resistance.
Working Principle of Rotary Lobe Pump:
The rotary lobe pumps we also called them lobe rotor pumps. They
are one popular transfer pump to conveying the food, beverage, pulp
and paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and so on. The rotor lobe pump
relies on two synchronously rotating rotors that generate suction
(vacuum) at the inlet during the rotation. Thereby sucking in the
material to be conveyed. Both rotors split the rotor chamber into
different spaces. The medium is delivered to the discharge port. In
this cycle, the medium (material) is continuously transported out
by the source.

Construction
The powerful rotary lobe pump is designed and manufactured
individual to suit your application.
The electric motor is coupled directly to the cylindrical pump
shaft by means of a hollow shaft
The pump is driven by an electrical parallel shaft helical gear
motor.Upon request, the motor can be equipped with a frequency
converter.
The pump is installed on a chassis made of stainless steel Thanks
to the four solid-rubber tires the pumps very easy to move By
slightly pressing down the pushing device. The pump can be steered
very easily.
