This is a specially designed machine tailored for accurately
labeling round bottles with an orientation device, ensuring precise
orientation and ideal for wrap-around labeling.
The orientated wrap-around labeling machine is servo
motor-controlled, offering exceptional label accuracy of up to
0.5mm. It is compatible with various types of round containers and
features electrical components sourced from Taiwan or Japan. With a
three-point holding mechanism, it achieves high labeling precision
for round bottles. The pneumatic wrap-around station accommodates
versatile bottle diameters.
This automatic three-roller positioning labeling machine is capable
of labeling the circumference or other curved surfaces of food,
glass, PET, plastic round bottles, jars, cans, tins, etc. It offers
an optional circumference positioning detection device for
specified position single or double sticker labeling (one label or
two labels A/B label simultaneously).

Workflow:

1. Securely mount the label roll onto the machine following the
provided diagram, and adjust the height of each component
accordingly.
2. Verify the accuracy of label positioning.
3. Fine-tune the distance between the two rails and between the
brush and conveyor, ensuring it's appropriate for product passage.
4. Activate the power switch and optoelectronic switch.
5. Start the motor and label dispensing mechanism, and troubleshoot
any abnormalities during the labeling process.
6. Adjust the labeling position as needed.
7. After successful testing, proceed with normal machine operation.
8. Power down the machine after completion.
