Hot rolled Z type steel sheet piles locks are symmetrically
distributed on bothsides of the neutral axis, and the webs are
continuous. The process of hotrolled z steel sheet pile is : Hot
rolled steel has been pressed at temperaturesover 1,700F, which
makes it easier to shape and form.Z-type steel sheet pile compared
to U type sheet piles, Z sheet pile could provide a larger section
modulus with lower material cost (lower weight), which is much more
economic than traditional U sheet piles. One advantage of Z sheet
pile is that during installation, the flange of the pile will be on
the same line, which will be very convenient for the installation
of waling beams.
Z-shaped Steel Sheet Pile are produced in zigzag form and are
usually driven in crimped or welded doubles. Z type sheet piles are
more widely used than U-type piles in port construction and deep
foundations because Z type sheets can have greater modulus and can
be used as intermediate piles in tubular & HZ combination walls.

mountain, temporary shore expansion, cut-off, bridge cofferdam,
large pipeline laying temporary ditch excavation retaining, water,
sand, and so on; In flood fighting, it can be used for flood
control, collapse prevention, sand and so on.
