Steel sheet piles are a type of steel with a lock. The cross
section of steel sheet pile is a straight plate shape, a groove
shape or a Z shape. Steel sheet piles are available in various
sizes and interlocking forms. Common steel sheet piles include
Larsen type, Lakwana type and so on. The advantages are: high
strength, easy to penetrate into the hard soil layer; can be
constructed in deep water, if necessary, add diagonal support to
become a cage; waterproof performance; can form a variety of shape
coffers as needed, and can be reused many times. Therefore, it is
widely used. Steel sheet piles are often used in the process of temporary
structures such as soil and sand collapse prevention boards,
temporary revetments, cofferdam projects, closures, and temporary
central islands. During the construction process, they can achieve
the role of foundation pit support in the construction process.

Z Steel Sheet Pile Specifications:
Compared to U type sheet piles, Z sheet pile could provide a larger
section modulus with lower material cost (lower weight), which is
much more economic than traditional U sheet piles. One advantage of
Z sheet pile is that during installation, the flange of the pile
will be on the same line, which will be very convenient for the
installation of waling beams.
