White Tabular Corundum
Product Introduction
White Tabular Corundum is a kind of pure sintered corundum without
any additives, such as MgO, B2O3, etc. According to the molecular structure of corundum can be
divided into fine material, granular, flake, spherical, etc., we
provide the tabular corundum with high purity, high whiteness, low
apparent porosity, low water absorption characteristics.
Advantages
The refractoriness is greater than the equivalent of 1800 degrees,
and its melting point is as high as 2050 degrees.
White Tabular Corundum has a large crystalline and well-developed
α-Al2O3 crystal structure, which greatly improves the creep resistance of
plate corundum.
Plate crystal structure, small opening pores, low porosity, low
water absorption rate; More internal closed pores, thermal shock
resistance, anti-spalling performance is good.
Because the production process does not add any additives, so that
high purity, good volume stability, reburning shrinkage is
relatively small.
Application
White Tabular Corundum is widely used in steel, casting,
petrochemical, breathable brick, ladle lining, castable, precast,
ceramic and other refractory materials, is an excellent synthetic
refractory raw material;
plate coruntose is an ideal refractory raw material, can be used as
aggregate in a variety of aluminum refractory materials, can also
be added to other aluminum amorphous refractory materials;
White Tabular Corundums are used as sliding water ports for pouring
steel, smelting rare metals, special alloys, high metals, glass
wire drawing, crucible and utensils for making laser glass;
widely used in electric vacuum; Corundum insulation material,
widely used in all kinds of high temperature furnace wall and
furnace top, both high temperature and heat preservation.
