Introduction
This machine used to cleaning stencil, steel mesh, copper screen,
gule screen, etc SMT process screens.
Features
1. SUS304 stainless steel structure, the whole machine welded,
durable, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, beautiful
appearance.
2.1 m diameter cleaning basket, placing multiple pieces of fixture
at one time, to achieve batch cleaning.
3. Above, below, front spray rod, rotating cleaning basket,
all-round coverage, cleaning completely without dead corners.
4. The cleaning solution completely penetrates into the bottom of
the fixture and is cleaned thoroughly.
5.PLC program control, touch screen operation, cleaning parameters
can be set and modified as required.
6. One-click simple operation, high pressure cleaning + high
pressure rinsing + hot air drying process is automatically
completed.
7. Clean liquid heating and insulation functions.
8. The cleaning solution and bleaching solution are recycled and
filtered in the machine to save the solution and reduce the use
cost.
9. The standard is equipped with the function of automatic adding
and discharging bleaching liquid.
10. After cleaning, the fixture surface is clean, dry, ready to
use.
