Brief Introduction:
This iqualitrol MP-1DA is a single disc single control desktop
automatic grinding and polishing machine, which implements three
modes: intelligent/semi-automatic/manual.
The industrial PLC intelligent control system, 7-inch
high-definition touch screen, and curve start mode are used. The
system adopts a 304 stainless steel shell, with a practical and
elegant appearance, suitable for pre grinding, grinding, and
polishing operations on metallographic samples.
This iqualitrol MP-1DA achieves precise positioning of the grinding
and polishing head left and right through pneumatic operation.
The grinding and polishing plate is also powered by a servo motor,
with stepless speed regulation.
The spindle servo motor is electrically lifted, and 8 samples are
ground simultaneously, with a single plate Φ 200 mm (8 ") Grinding
and polishing disc, with stepless speed regulation of 50~1500rpm
and a fixed speed of 250/500/750/1000/1250/1500rpm in six speeds,
with adjustable forward and reverse rotation, pneumatic single
point pressurization, adjustable pressure, and continuously
adjustable grinding and polishing head speed of 20~120rpm.
All actions are automatically controlled by the program, which can
be customized and programmed. The program allows the staff to
freely input operating parameters according to usage conditions.
Except for the manual operation of sample clamping, all other
movements of this grinding and polishing machine are automatically
operated by the machine, greatly improving work efficiency and
stability.
This machine is equipped with a dual channel drip bottle device,
which can freely set the drip time and pause time, greatly
improving the sample preparation effect. The external cleaning and
cleaning device facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of the
machine, making it easy to use, safe and reliable. It is an ideal
sample preparation equipment for factories, enterprises, research
institutions, and laboratories in colleges and universities.
