Features:
The effects of straightening heating temperature and cooling rate
on straightening deformation, microstructure and properties of U
profile were studied. The results show that under the same cooling
rate, the straightening deformation effect of U profile is good
with the straightening temperature increasing. At the same heating
temperature, with the decrease of cooling rate, the resilience
after high temperature straightening deformation is smaller, and
the straightening deformation effect of U profile is better.
