Discription of Thermal paste :
Thermal paste consists of two parts: silicone oil and filler, silicone oil is a
synthetic silicone-containing polymer compounds, more difficult to
volatilise, the role of silicone oil is to make the silicone grease
in a semi-fluid state, easy to use, the most common is
polydimethylsiloxane, a lot of shampoo has this ingredient. And the
filler is the main part of the silicone grease thermal
conductivity, usually metal oxides, metal powder, graphite powder,
diamond powder and so on. A more stable dispersion system of
fillers and silicone oil is thermal paste.

Notes of thermal paste
The main role of the thermal paste is to fill the gap between the
processor and the heat sink, so the thinner you apply the better.
Many friends deliberately coated a thick layer on the processor, in
fact, the thicker the thermal conductivity will be the worse, but
also prone to air bubbles and other impact on performance. The best
coating tool is a hard plastic sheet, such as the transparent
