DWDM Module Scan And Point Test Integrated Test System
System overview:
This system is designed for multi-channel products with short
working wavelength, such as DWDM, AWG, MWDM, LWDM and so on.The system integrates the scanning mode of the traditional
adjustable light source + multi-channel optical power meter with
the point light source (ITU) + optical power meter, effectively
improving the overall test of the product Efficiency, reduce equipment input costs, labor costs.
In addition, the use of optical box to compress the station
equipment space, improve the cleanliness of the station. In the
testing process, the system is automated and processed, which is
conducive to staff training and anti-stay and anti-error.
Working principle:
According to the product type, different band of adjustable light
source and ITU light source are selected, and the test
specifications of the corresponding product are set. When
operating, the instrumentation server for point measurements is
based on each parameter.The request of the client uses the
algorithm mechanism reasonably to schedule the resources of the
server effectively, which can realize the real sense of real-time
parallel scanning for the scanning parameter system.
After all parameters are tested, the system analyzes, saves and
automatically determines the test data, and displays the test
results on the test program interface.
