I.Introduction

The swab tool is a tool used to extract fluid from the well and can be used repeatedly. Swabbing tool is the use of a special pump, through the wire rope down the well up and down repeated activities, the pump when the pump above the liquid out of the wellhead, while the use of the lower part of the pump to produce low pressure, so that the liquid in the oil reservoir continuously replenished to the well.

Swabbing tool In oil field production, the commonly used pumps include two-lobe pumps and hydraulic pumps. The main structure of the hydraulic pump is composed of a rubber cylinder, a center pipe, a ball valve and a seat. The pump goes down the well with the cable, and under the action of gravity, the pump goes down the wall of the pipe. The ball valve opens under the impact of the fluid, which flows up the center pipe. After the pump is in place, the cable is lifted up, and the ball valve is closed under the action of gravity. The liquid weight on the upper part of the pump acts on the whole pump, and the rubber cylinder is squeezed to seal it. The liquid goes up with the pump to complete a suction. The fluid is pumped to the surface several times.
