The nylon membrane disc filters are typically made of polyamide, which are precut into a disc-shaped sheet. In the case of the nylon membrane disc filter, the smaller the pore size, the more selective the filter becomes in terms of particle size. A larger pore size allows for larger particles to pass through the filter, while smaller particles are more effectively trapped within the pores. With a pore size as small as 0.22μm, the filter can effectively capture even the smallest particles, ensuring that the filtered output is free from contaminants, making it ideal for applications where high-quality and precise filtration is required.

Nylon disc membrane has naturally hydrophilic characteristic and excellent chemical performance, it is highly recommeded for removal impurities such as micron-structured particles, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances from all kinds of aqueous solutions and majority solvent solutions.
