Due to its outstanding performance on protein binding, solvent resistance, thermal resistance and dimensional stability, they are very commonly used for filtration in IV infusion medication. In addition, Nylon membrane disc filters are more cost-effective than other membranes for HPLC or GC sample preparation, buffer and other solvent sterilization and clarification. The nylon membrane filters we carry could wet-out evenly and retain membrane integrity without cracking, curling or breaking. Produced through a proprietary manufacturing process that impregnates a polyester support web with nylon, these filters exhibit consistent chemical/physical properties, flow rates, and overall product uniformity due to rigorous quality standards applied in every step.
