● The DX series milling machine is used for welded and rolled H- beam, box beam end face milling and cutting. It can also be used for other steel structure surface and flange surface machining. The machine has simple structure and is easy and efficient to operate.

● The steel structure end face milling is becoming an increasingly necessary technics, because it helps to improve production efficiency and quality, reduce work site error, shorten construction period, so it can bring large benefit for steel structure enterprises. The end face milling machine is not only used for steel structure industry, and also ues for common equipment widely used in electricity power, petroleum, bridge, petro-chemical machine mnufacture industry.

● The end face milling machine consists of a main frame and a loading work table. The main frame includes bed, horizontal feeding device, main shaft device, milling motor, electrial control device. The loading table includes main table and assistant table. They locate and fix the workpiece by hydaulic cylinder.

● The work piece is put on the main table and assistant table, where the end is witnin effective machine range. Locate the work piece and clamp it with hydraulic device, and then start the milling head. The user can adjust the horizontal and vertical feeding as need.
