Long Lasting and Maximizes Open Area: almost same open area compared with wire mesh while with a service life about 8 times longer.

Lower noise: PU wire mesh screen can reduce that noise level .That's a 50% reduction as perceived by the human ear.

Energy saving and consumption reducing: the weight of polyurethane made screen panel is dramatically reduced compared to traditional steel screen panels of the same size. It will reduce much load onto the vibration machine, power saving and prolong the life of

the whole screening equipment.

The result was the production of Polyurethane fine screens characterized by small aperture mesh sizes, excellent elasticity, long service life, and high cost-effectiveness.

In the same year, Joyway Group Chemical founded its subsidiary, Qinjin Qixing Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and formed a joint venture with its Indian partners to establish a production base in India. This China-India collaboration aims to broaden perspectives and provide high-quality, durable screening equipment for the mining industry and related sectors.
