X2-D Series Ceramic Pump Integration is a type of precision
metering pump that utilizes the rotary motion of a plunger to meter
or deliver chemical liquids and high-purity fluids with high
accuracy and repeatability. The axial linear motion is generated
based on the adjustable pump head angle during the plunger's
rotation, enabling precise stroke adjustment to control input and
output. This series of metering pumps achieves a very high level of
metering accuracy and repeatability, with an accuracy better than
±0.5%.
Good corrosion resistance: Ceramic materials have good chemical corrosion resistance to
acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals. Therefore, ceramic
plunger pumps can handle some corrosive liquids and extend the life
of equipment.
Good wear resistance: The plungers and valve seats of ceramic plunger pumps are
generally made of hard ceramic materials, which have high hardness
and good wear resistance. They are not prone to wear or deformation
problems during long-term use.
Good stability: Ceramic plunger pumps have low vibration and noise during
high-speed operation, and the plunger moves smoothly. Therefore,
their flow rate and pressure stability are good.
Good temperature adaptability: Ceramic materials have a small thermal expansion coefficient and
can adapt to a wide range of temperatures. Therefore, ceramic
plunger pumps can work normally in high or low temperature
environments.
