YK series pharmaceutical swing oscillating granulator for herbal

DESCRIPTION
The machine develops the wet powder or the block dry material into
the required granules, and the screen mesh is made of wire mesh,
which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and is elastically
adjustable. The main components of the machine are enclosed in the
machine body, and a lubrication system is attached to make the
production process run smoothly. The whole machine adopts stainless
steel plate and conforms to GMP standards.
Working Principle
The material is fed from the top hopper. The oscillating roller
crushes the dry lump and breaks them down into small grain or
powder, which is passed through sieve hole. It also can extrude wet
material into regular size granule via sieve hole by oscillating
roller.

1.This Oscillating granulating machine makes use of the rolling
motion of rotating barrel, granulates the wet powder materials into
granule by sieve, it also can be used to crush agglomerate
materials into small granules directly.
