Lagged or rubber-coated rollers are based upon steel, stainless
steel or solid plastic rollers and are typically covered with a
layer of rubber to improve grip with a conveyor belt or, in the
case of roller conveyors, grip and/or protection of the product
carried.
All our lagged/coated rubber rollers are of the highest quality
from the roller preparation and application of the correct material
through the curing process at the correct temperatures and
pressures in dedicated autoclaves to the grinding and final surface
finish.
There are a huge range of rubber compound options that can be
applied from the food industry-standard to general industrial use.
Varying levels of shore hardness and grip as required. The grip can
be further enhanced by grooving the lagged material in a range of
patterns should this be necessary.

Features of stamped bearing housings:

seal are made of polymer materials, which are corrosion resistant.
Used in corrosive occasions, the service life can reach more than 5
times that of ordinary rollers. The specifications of polymer
anti-corrosion rollers include 4 series, including φ89, φ108, φ133,
φ159, etc., with more than 30 varieties. Non-standard roller
accessories can also be manufactured according to user
requirements. There are two types of roller body materials: MC
nylon and polyurethane, which are selected according to the
characteristics of corrosive substances in the use environment.
2. Wear resistance and long service life. The special polymer
material for the roller body has mechanical properties similar to
bronze, has good wear resistance, and has good self-lubricating
properties, and does not damage the belt.
3. Reasonable structure and reliable sealing. The roller is
equipped with two seals with high manufacturing accuracy. The gap
is coated with special grease, which can effectively prevent
