Up Welding Rotator
Brief introduction:
- Welding rotator with working load limit 1000t/pair (1power &
1idler)
- Idler with hydraulic cylinder for offshore wind foundation monpile
final assembling fit up welding line.
Description:
- The 1000t fit up welding rotator is composed by 1 power rotator & 1
hydraulic lifting idler rotator.
- Power rotator rotation capacity 1000t, driven by twin heavy duty AC
motor.
- Motorized trolley installed at bottom of the power rotator
pedestal,moving along the rail, travel capacity 1000t;
- Idler rotator has 2 oil cylinder installed at each of the wheel
seat, independently hydraulic driven to lift the MP & adjusting its
position for fit up assembling.
- Both power & idler rotator wheel distance could be manually
adjusted by reserved bolt screw, fit for diverse MP size from dia.

| Rotator stabilization and anti-roll device | 1.Set holding track device, the design drawings must be provided
and recorded in the manual. 2.A stable device in contact with the ground is required at the
periphery of the rotator. 3.When the rotator is fully loaded and not moving, the rotator can
