Brief introduction:
- 1200t growing weld rotator using for offshore monopile foundation
fabrication.
- Composed by 1200t welding rotator (work load limit 1200t/1power &
1idler) + 800t fit up rotator(work load limit 400t /idler rotator);
Description:
- The 1200t growing weld rotator is composed by 1 power rotator, 3
hydraulic idler rotator, electric control system, wireless
controller, hydraulic system and so on.
- Power rotator is driven by twin motor via special heavy duty
gearbox. Bottom pedestal install motorized trolley mobile on the
rail.
- All idler rotators are with hydraulic lift cylinder. Weld rotator
idler safety work load 600t. Fit up idler safety work load 400t. All idler are with idle trolley
installed at bottom of pedestal.
- Idler rotator wheels are liftable driven by hydraulic cylinder,
using to adjust the MP position.
- Control cabinet installed on power rotator moving along with it.
- Hydrualic system installed on idler rotator moving along with
idler.
- Wireless controller with effective range no less than 100m.
