Application:
This crusher is special design for crushing all kinds of relatively
long plastic special shaped materials, such as PVC PE PP hard
plastic pipes, pipe fittings,plastic door & window,sheet and etc.
* Suitable for crushing and recycling tray, pipe and wide cut
sectional material, which avoids products predecomposition process
and reduces material degradation when using normal crusher machine.
Save labour, cut down labour strength and increase crushing and
recycling efficiency; * Using V-shape knife or flat knife, which
are wide use; cutting in scissor method, less energy consumption
and less shear heat, high cutting efficiency and granule size
evenly;

Crushing material example:
SWP-400 powerful crusher can crush PVC pipe and corrugated pipe
with diameter less than 160mm, PE pipe with diameter less than 100,
wire trough, sheet, decoration board. Larger diameter plastic pipes
are easily broken after cutting.
SWP-500 powerful crusher and heavy crusher can crush PVC pipes
below 250mm in diameter, PE pipes under 160mm in diameter, PP pipes
under 110 diameter, PPR pipes and other plastic pipes and profiles.
SWP-600 powerful crusher and heavy crusher can crush plastic pipes
below 315mm in diameter. It can also be broken after larger
diameter and thicker pipes are cut in sections. For thicker plates,
bars, car bumpers, Large injection molded parts can also be broken.
