Application scope:
This Bogie lift is mainly used for the inspection of bogies of different types of railway coaches and trailors, that is, first push the bogie onto the track of bogie lift, and then control the lift to rise to a suitable height for bogie inpeciton and maintenance. After inspection completed, lower the lift to the same level as the shop track, and then push the bogie out of the bogie lift.

MAIN FEATURES:

• The bogie lift is suitable for the lifting inspection of railway bogie with dimension 4500x3500x1100 mm.
• The bogie lift is mainly composed of fixed bracket, lifting columns, initial positioning device, lifting drive device, bogie supports, anti-slip cover, automatic lubrication system, drainage system and electrical control system etc.
• The bogie lift adopts motor screws to drive an support the synchronous lifting of the bogie.
• The 4 lifting columns combined together to a rigid structure which ensure the 0 error of the synchronous lifting error. The lifting columns are guided by 4 heavy-load linear guides.
• The operation of the bogie lift is controled on the control console which is eary to learn and very convenient.
• It's equipped with automatic and manual control modes, with fault diognosis and error display functions.
• The bogie lift has sufficient strength and rigidity, and equipped with reliable safety protection devices.
• The bogie lift is of overall steel structure design. It applies finite element technology to analyze the deformation of the structure under various stress conditions, and optimize the design to make the overall structure reasonable, safe and reliable with good rigidity.
