15 Tons Railway Bogie Lifter For Bogie Inspection And Maintenance

Application scope:
This Bogie lifting jack is mainly used for the inspection of bogies of different types of railway vehicles and trailors, that is, first push the bogie onto the track of bogie lifting jack, and then control the jack to lift the bogie to a suitable height for inpeciton and maintenance. After inspection completed, lower the jack to the same level as the shop track, and then push the bogie out of the jack track.

Main Features:

• The bogie lifting jack is suitable for the lifting inspection of railway bogie.
• The bogie lifting jack is mainly composed of lifting body, locking mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical control system and safety protection device, etc.
• The equipment adopts motor screws to drive an dsupport the synchronous lifting of two tracks.
• When not in use, the tracks of the bogie lifting jack are the same level as workshop track.
• It's equipped with stop devices at both ends of one track to prevent the bogie rolling out. The position of the stop device is adjustable. When the tracks are lifted, the stop device rises to fix the bogie, and it will retreat when the track lowered to the floor.
• When the equipment lifted to the required height, the locking mechanism will start to lock it.
• When the tracks lifted, the track pit will be automatically covered.
• It's equipped with control console and hand control panel for easy and convenient operation.
