Application scope:
This hydraulic press machine is applicable for the pressing and forming of all kinds of plastic and metail materials , such as punching, bending and flanging etc, and also for calibrating, pressing and forming of grinding wheel, and press forming of plastic and powder products.

Machine Features:

• Three-beam and Four column structure.
• The main cylinder is placed on the top of the machine body.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of upper beam (built-in main cylinder assembly), slider, working table(base), four column/pillar, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
• The upper beam, slider and working table are connected together through the four columns and locking screw nuts. The working table (base) are fixed on the the ceramic foundation by the anchor bolts.
• It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for fixing the toolings.
• This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
• The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
• The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
