Product description:

• Column assembling rotator is including pair of hydraulic idler rotator, oil pump station & electric control system and so on.
  
• The wheel seat of the idler rotator is liftable by hydraulic oil cylinder.
  
• Each of the wheels are liftable via hydraulic cylinder driven, by which, it could make the tower section displacement on vertical,horizontal or even inclined direction. The edge of the sections would be conveniently aligning for tackle welding.
  
• Wheel is coated by polyurethane, increase friction moment, protect workpiece surface.
  
• The column assembling rotator pedestal has reserved bolt screw for wheel center distance adjustable
  
• One idler rotator is fixed without trolley, the other piece has manual trolley mobile on the rail.

Main Technical Parameters

Feature:

• The column assembling rotator pedestal is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength, no deformation in long period using span.
  
• Completed structure is processed by temper destressing.It will be pre-treatment before painting, one layer of zinc rich primer,two layer of polyurethane finish.
  
• Rotator base & boring is integrated process,so as to guarantee the roller rotating precision.
  
• The PU wheel enlarged contact surface,enhanced using life. Roller steel core processed by unique working craft,the coated PU will keep away from peeling off issue.
  
• Electric system is composed of electric cabinet & remote control box.
  
• Working with welding rotators to composed as growing production line, using for distillation column/spud pole/wind tower sections assembling/growing procedure.
