orking principle
The production process of water-based coatings is roughly divided
into the following parts: batching, dispersion, grinding, paint
mixing, filtering and filling.
Ingredients transportation: liquid ingredients use pumps and flow
meters; powder ingredients use weighing systems and gas
transportation; additives ingredients use weighing and metering and
gravity;
Dispersion: the first process of pulping, the powder liquid is
quickly and evenly dispersed into the liquid by a high-speed
disperser to form a white slurry with no agglomeration of the
powder and uniform mixing;
Grinding: the secondary process of pulping, the white pulp is
ground to the required fineness through the ultra-fine grinding
machine of German technology;
Paint mixing: the process of uniformly mixing the prepared slurry
with emulsion, color paste, and additives through a single-axis or
multi-functional paint mixing kettle;
Filtration: filter the impurities of the finished paint through a
bag filter or a self-cleaning filter;
Filling: Fill the filtered finished product. The filling
specification is usually 10-25kg. You can choose a semi-automatic
filling machine or a fully automatic filling machine.
