Inline type tension and compression load cell FL25 is made of 17-4 stainless steel and CE certified.In-line
force transducer FL25 offers rugged structure for industrial
applications.Inline load cells are designed to be mounted inline to
the load axis for both tension and compression force measurement.The force sensor FL25 can be easily mounted to existing system
through M5 or M6 threaded rods located on both sides of the
transducer,these metric threads can also be used to mount
attachments,such as female eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit
different usage requirements.Model FL25 uses metal foil strain gauge technology with 2.0mV/V
rated output with 5kg / 10kg / 20kg / 30kg / 50kg / 60kg / 100kg
rated capacities to choose from. Each sensor is integrated with a
4-meter-long 4-core shielded cable,the cable comes with a free end
which makes it easy to assemble any types of connectors for
electrical connection.Inline load cell FL25 is normally used for
press-in force measurement, cylinder push pull force measurement,
auto equipment,production line, hand press machine.etc.

A loadcell is a transducer that converts load or force acting on it
into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied
force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring
element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause
the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power
supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change
proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the
output signal from the load cell.Threaded load cell FL25 is
designed to measure both tension and compression force,outputs
millivolt signal ranging -20~20mV, and signal amplification may be
required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can
be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional
to applied force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by
PLCs and data acquisition software.The applied force can be
displayed through a force indicator,force indicator FPT is
integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta
ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static
and dynamic measurement;FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with
RS485 or RS232 communication port,amplified signal
0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.
