Rotary Pill Making Tablet Press Machine
The machine is a double-pressing automatically revolving
piece-pressing machine which could make grain be pressed to be
round piece ,be carved characters ,special shapes and double color
piece prescription .It is mainly used in manufacturing piece
prescription for pharmaceutical industry enterprises like chemical
industry ,foods, electronics .(Note: when manufacturing double
color piece ,it only need replacing components and adding powder
absorbing apparatus which greatly lowers the cost and raises profit

1.GMP requirements. The whole casing is made of stainless steel,
and the filming chamber is separated from the external environment
by plexiglass, and the sealing performance is good. All the parts
in contact with the drug in the tablet warehouse meet the
requirements of “no toxicity, no odor, anti-corrosion”; the
turntable adopts ductile iron and strictly enforces 12 months
aging, hard, wear-resistant, non-toxic and flat, fully in line with
GMP requirements.
2.The equipment has high precision, stable sheet weight, sensitive
adjustment and stable operation.
3.The surface of the die hole and the contact portion between the
upper and lower die and the guide rail have a roughness Ra≤1.6μm,
the feeder is made of tin bronze (ZQSn6-6-3), the surface is plated
with nickel-chromium, and the bottom roughness Ra≤0.8μm;
4.Configure the pressure overload protection device. The overload
protection reaction is activated by the spring pressure, the
warning light prompts, and the automatic stop. The use of the
principle of eccentric torque to protect the die and the machine
has a faster reaction speed and no oil contamination than the
hydraulic overload protection.

2. The outer casing is fully enclosed and the material is made of
stainless steel. The parts in contact with the drug are made of
stainless steel or specially treated on the surface, non-toxic and
corrosion-resistant, in line with GMP standards.
3. The tableting chamber is closed with transparent plexiglass and
can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
4. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically
stop when the pressure is overloaded.
5. Mechatronics, using variable frequency stepless speed
regulation, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
