This machine is a kind of double side rotary tablet pres machine, which can press granular materials into round shaoe tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet, this machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, food stuff, electronic industries.

1. The housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer . The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
2. Equip with force feeder ,improve granules flow-ability and filling performance,ensure the filling precision.It solves the problem of insufficient gravity feeding of ordinary tablet press,excessive dust and cross contamination of the workbench.
3. Perfect tableting system, twice compression forming, The pressure is large and the pre-pressure is continuously adjustable.
4. Gap type micro-flow automatic lubrication system,automatic lubrication of the upper and lower rails and punch tips,reducing the upper and lower rails and punch wear.
5. Progressive grease lubrication system ensures grease lubrication,clean,convenient and reliable.
6. It is equipped with a sensor pressure protection device to protect the punch tip from automatically stopping when the pressure is overpressured.
7. PLC and man-machine interface control,the operation is intuitive and simple.
