Advantages of Packing Machine

1. Strock can be adjustable (servo motor driver control): On the required changes to blister specifications, not to add or replace parts, use of servo motor drive control, its traction strok by the 60-145MM distance adjustable, smooth and accurate implementation of the blister specifications replacement.

2. Mould insert position device: change mould more accurate and facility.

3. Main device: Forming, sealing ,batch ,Pressing,strock,cutting and each main parts all installed above on machine plane ,more facility for operation.

4. Cylinder sealing: adopts pressure boost sealing make the blister net-veined more clear and with well sealing,while protecting the life of the cam.

The temperature can be adjust,the base temperature is 165 degrees centigrade.

Adjustable Frequency.

Automatic feeder:

Adopts vibration rail feeder ,suitable for special tablet Alu-Alu Packing.

After sealing with water cooling system, adopts water chiller to circle cooling.

Station can be adjustable: forming ,batch ,pressing,cutting ,sealing can be adjust by hand wheel and show the figure ,and the sealing mould as the base point.

5. Full half Safety cover(front and back) : adopt aluminium alloy and organic glass as material.

6. Pre Alarm function:

Pre alarm for Alu(PVC) foil end and PVC film end,it will show on PLC and remind operator to change material.And with Alu(PVC) fast change device.(with 2 PVC/ALU loading device)

7. Alarm Function

Machine with alarm light(red color and green color),can show the machine working state,when machine on normal working,shine green light.When safety cover open ,Alu foil and PVC end, air pressure is too low it will shine red light and machine stop.

8. Emergency Stop: On Machine front ,middle and end all installed with emergency switch(red color).
