Working Principle of Blister Packaging Machine​

The working principle of the aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is to heat the PVC to the set temperature through the PVC heating device.

The flat positive pressure blister forming device blows the heated and softened PVC into a smooth blister, and then fills the material through the feeding device.

There are nested pressing rollers to press the formed PVC foam tape into the corresponding pockets of the heat-sealing aluminum cylinder synchronously and straightly, and then the aluminum foil and PVC are heat-sealed by the roller heat-sealing device.
