Product Overview of Blister Packing Machine
This machine is mounted up tropical aluminum forming and sealing
work stations base on SED-270TP-B blister packing machine to
enhance the sealing performance and moisture proof and light
shunning of product, improve its level. It’s suitable for packing
assorted products in pharmaceutical, medicine, food, and
nutraceutical industries.

Feature of Blister Packing Machine
1) The mold adopts T-slot guide and push-in, adjustable handle and
quick lock.It is tight and does not require any tools such as a
wrench. It can be completed including forming, heat sealing, batch
number, indentation, and die complete set of molds within 15
minutes, and automatically align the parallelism between the molds,
without need to be adjusted.
2) The cam of each station is based on the guide rail, and the
distance of each station is adjusted by the lathe with a handwheel.
A positioner and a ruler display the adjusted position and length.
One handwheel of the inflatable shaft corresponds to one
workstation mold base, and the distance between each workstation
can be adjusted arbitrarily by rotating the handwheel. There is a
stainless steel plug-in guard board between the mold bases of each
workstation.

4) Fully enclosed and partitioned (operating area and turning area)
structure prevents dirt and medicine from falling into the rotating
parts of the machine; the guide rail body adopts a cantilever
structure to make the machine hang in the air. Clean up and clean
up.
5) The main motor and main mechanical rotating mechanism are
rear-mounted
The main motor is installed behind the fuselage for easy
maintenance and easy cleaning. Synchronous belt drive replaces
chain drive to reduce oil pollution and noise. The cam action drive
of each station still adopts a one-axis rotation structure to
ensure the synchronization of each station.
