Strong manufacturing capacity and high standard quality control

Hot-end ware rejection is an automatic process to ensure quality of the bottles after bottle swabbing. Next, the bottles are put into an annealing chamber, where they are gradually heated and cooled to de-stress.
The bottles then pass through a series of automatic and camera inspection checks by equipment like M, M-Cal, Veritas and VISIGLAS. These machines check for body defects, neck finish, bubbles, foreign matter etc.
The bottles are finally automatically shrink-wrapped, and a sample of the packed bottles is put through a QA process to check for defects.
Super Flint extra clear glass, used for the production of bottles for Ultra Premium brands with retail price over 30 USD per bottle. Super Flint glass bottles give an ultimate look to your product and make it stand out on the shelf.

* What's your other regular product ?
Our regular products including 1000ml,7 50ml, 500ml, 375ml, Super flint white, High heat and force resistance, healthy, and safety glass raw material used. The quality devided into common white, high white,and crystal white material.

* Why we have the MOQ requirement ?
We have the Morden production machine for the glass bottle, we can produce about 500K bottle per day. So if you want to produce one new bottle our MOQ is one 40HQ. about 30000pcs. Different bottle with different packing details, please contact with me to get all the information.

* Can you offer sample for quality checking?
Yes, 2-3pcs Sample offered free, with freight collect account offered.

* How to produce the bottle as the customer design ?
Customizing is also welcome, we need the customer to offer the bottle sample or the bottle drawing to our company, our engineer can design the bottle drawing for the customer. After the drawing confirmation, we will make the new mould for the new bottle. Usually the mould charge is around 3000$, It depends on the bottle design. we need 25-30 days to finish the sample.

* How long will delive the goods form confirm the order ?
When we confirm the order, we will send the PI to the customer, the delivery time usually need 20-30 days from get the deposit in advance. if we have the bottle instock, the delivery time will more shorter.
