2. Production Process
1. Raw Materials: Silica sand, soda ash, limestone, cullet(crushed glass), and
others.
2. Batch house: Weighing and missing of raw materials, and transport to the hopper
at the melting furnace.
3. Melting: Melting of mixed raw materials at about 1,550℃ in the melting
furnace.
4. Feeding: Feeding of glass gob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle
weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine via the
feeder.
5. Forming: Forming of bottle by the glass bottle-forming machine and mould as
per the bottle's design.
6. Annealing: Annealing of bottle as soon as they leave the glass bottle-forming
machine.
7. Inspection: After annealing in the lehr, a bottle is strictly checked on
Automatic inspection machine and visually inspect each bottle to
confirm quality by skilled technicians.
8. Additional processing: a) Hot-end coating. b) Cold-end coating.
9. Further processing: Frost, screen printing, painting, silk printing, etc.
10. Packaging & shipment: Bottles are packed according to their destination, and are stored
in the warehouse or shipped.

Q1: Can I have a custom design?
Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a
very professional design team can help our client's design any
kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing. It will
cost 15-20 working days to make a new mould and make a sample.

Q3: Do you have any other related products?
Yes, we have. We supply accessories like aluminum screw caps for
you. And we can make the printed cartons together. When you receive
the bottles with cartons, you can re-use the cartons.
Q4: Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. But a little
sample charge for custom designs.
Q5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide AI, cdr or
PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for
your final confirmation based on technique
Q6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell
us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors.
