Description:

1. CT-C Series Drying Oven is adopt low noise, withstand high temperature axial flow blower and automatic temperature control system, all cycle system is closed, make oven thermal efficiency improved 3-7% from traditional 35-45%, the highest thermal efficiency is up to 50%.

2. The whole oven we can do stainless steel, carbon steel and contact materials parts stainless steel. It is proper for medicine, chemical, food, agricultural products, aquatic product, textile, heavy industry material heating, dehydrate and drying. For example, crude drug, Chinese medicines Yinpian, pellets, packaging bottle, dehydrated vegetable, fruit, sausage, electric element and so on.

3. The heating source can be electric or gas according to different client's need.

Feature

By using the forced ventilating function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven, the materials can be dried uniformly. 1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.

2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130˚C, Max.140˚C.

3. Electricity and far infrared:50-300˚C.Automatic control system and computer control system on request.

4. Commonly using steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8 bar).

5. For CT-C-I, electric heated, rated power consumption:15kW, real consumption : 5-8kW/h.

6. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.

7. For operation temperature of over 140˚C or less than 60˚C, please indicate when order.

8. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are uniform in dimensions, and can be exchanged each other.
