Features

The machine adopts the external structure of hot air circulation duct, and the heater and air filter are equipped in the the external square box, which makes it easy to check and convenient to clean, and the air dust has no dead angles, highly improving the clean degree. The air inlet place sets up an automatic control anti- backflow valve, and it would stay in the closed state when the machine stops working. The filter and dust all adopt easy-installation structure, making the machine easy and quick to clean and exchange. The heater, filter and fan can be set up inside the auxiliary engine or on the top of the oven.

◆ The machine adopts the centrifugal fan with large air volume and high wind pressure as the circulation fan to force the circulation ventilation progress, which improves the heat efficiency and speed up the material drying process.

◆ Through the adjustable throttle opening degree air valve, exhausting-wet wind valve and the circulation fan with inverter control, the heated wind circulation and exhausting moisture progress can be improved, and this machine can be applied to many kinds of drying procedures. With the collection of temperature, moisture and some other sensor information inside the system, and PLC progress control, it can realize intelligent control of the drying process.
◆ This equipment is equipped with filter differential pressure gauge, monitoring the filter’s real time state. There are quick checking place before and after the duct, the filter and within the mainframe, which makes it easier to check the temperature, moisture, cleanliness and some other information within the system.
◆ This equipment can be equipped with moisture-exhausting system, which can improve the equipment’s drying efficiency.
◆ The main machine adopts the horizontal or punched structure, and the punched structure can increase the material’s touching area with the air, highly improving volume heat transfer coefficient and reducing the drying time. This machine has better application for the granular, block material(Refer to the JCT series punched clean drying oven)
