The final prosthetic of a bridge dental implant solution in either
fixture level or implant is normally fixed prosthetics. Most of the
situations, abutments are attached to the implant fixtures. The
bridge or denture is fixed to the abutment either with screws or with dental cement. In some situations, custom abutment are needed. For most cement
solutions, crowns look more natural in esthetic. But screw solution
could provide easier maintaince result. We as dental labs, support
implant upper construction on various brands, such as NEOSS,
STRAUMANN, NOBEL BIOCARE, OSSETEM, DENTIUM, ASTRA, ANKYLOS, etc.
Requirements from dentist:
1, Please state us what implant system is used, what solution is
preferred.
2, Please supply us necessary transferred implant impressions,
opposite jaws, bite registrations.
3, We will inform about what implant abutment and screws needed, dentist could supply us, or we
will order from supplier, charge will be taken by dentists.
4, implant work need more accuracy, care and work. After everything
and spare parts are ready, We need 7-10 working days to work with
implant products.
5, if it is digital impressions, please also state us what scanbody
is used and if the implant is placed tissue level or bone level.
Lab will research if the implants are paralell enough to make
bridgework on top.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Chinese holidays.
3. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge
of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
4. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
| For dentists--How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the implant or a
digital implant: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information
as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, implant tooth
number, implant name and type, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, screwed solution or cemented, color, etc. |
| b. Take us implant working impression (model), opposite impression
(model) and study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Take us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts, analog, abutment, screw, etc.
including lab parts. |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever
shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to
prepare a commercial invoice for the Customs and a non wooden
declaration paper. Please feel free to contact our service person,
we have those format you can use. |

2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the
