Complete Denture
The final prosthetic of a dental implant can be either fixed, where
a person cannot remove the construction or teeth from their mouth,
or removable, where they can remove the prosthetic. In each case an
abutment is attached to the implant fixture. When the prosthetic is
removable, normally an overdenture or a complete denture, a
corresponding adapter is placed in the prosthetic so that the two
pieces can be secured together. Normally there will be four or more
implant fixtures placed when making over denture. We will create a
custom metal bar with attachments to hold the denture in place.
Significant retention can be created with multiple attachments
which also allows for little or no movement in the denture, but it
remains removable. We support implant upper construction on various
brands, such as NEOSS, STRAUMANN, NOBEL BIOCARE, OSSETEM, DENTIUM,
ASTRA, ANKYLOS, etc.
Here are some requirement from dentist when implant ordered:
1, Please state us what implant system is used, what solution is
preferred.
2, Please supply us necessary transferred implant impressions,
opposite jaws, bite registrations.
3, We will inform about what implant abutment and screws needed, dentist could supply us, or we
will order from supplier, charge will be taken by dentists.
4, implant work need more accuracy, care and work. After everything
and spare parts are ready, We need 7-10 working days to work with
implant products.
5. Digital impressions please inform us what scanbody is used also!

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
2. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be
added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
3. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge
of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
4. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a
digital case: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information
as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model),
study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant,
including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever
shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a
non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can
use. |
