Gabion Mesh Cage Information:
The installation of gabions & Reno mat is very cost effective. The
mattresses are easy to construct requiring limited equipment,
unskilled labor, minimal foundation preparation, no drainage
provisions, and low cost stone fill generally provided by a local
stone or rock supplier. Gabion & Reno mattress structures require
very little if any maintenance and if designed and built properly
can be a permanent structure.
1. (1) Galvanized steel wire: diameter 2.0MM-4.0MM, tensile
strength >380Mpa, zinc :240g / m2.
(2) Zinc 5% Aluminum - wire diameter 1.0MM-3.0MM, tensile strength
>380Mpa.
(3) coated galvanized steel wire: low carbon steel wire, pvc
coated.

6.application:Gabion wire mesh are used for river bank and scour
protection, channel linings for erosion control, and embankment
stability. They are filled with rock at the project site to form
flexible, permeable, monolithic structures to promote rapid growth
of natural vegetation. The base section of the Gabion box is
divided into compartments and filled with stones at the project
site. With lids secured, Gabion box form flexible, permeable,
monolithic structures.
