Empty capsules dispensing unit

l Capsules storage rod can contain quantity of capsules up to 100 pieces and dispensed into mold plate one by one.

l Operator put 100 pieces empty capsules onto slanted buffer rod and feed into storage rod by hand manually at one time when capsules about to use up.

l Pneumatic drive, can be upgraded to servo motor drive.

No capsule sensor tracking unit

l When sensor detect there is not capsule inside the mold plate, not filling, not sealing, prevent coffee wasting.

l This function can be suspended on HMI.

l Total 6 piece sensors, OMRON brand.

Filling unit

l All parts contact with coffee are made of SUS304.

l Hopper volume 40-50 liters.

l One set filling unit, six filling nozzle .control separately .

l Servo motor drive, high precision filling accuracy, error less than +/- 0.05-0.1 gram.

l The mixing motor is placed inside the hopper with adjustable speed to enable more even churning of the coffee and constant coffee pressure.

l Filling grams can be adjusted on HMI by setting pulse and turning speed.

l Hopper is installed on movable rod, operator can move and clean hopper easily.

l With perspective acrylic window, operator can check coffee level easily.

l Nitrogen flushing into hopper, coffee in nitrogen atmosphere.

l The hopper can be connected to vacuum feeder to feed coffee automatic.

Nitrogen flushing unit

l Capsules sealing process runs in a modified atmosphere during all phases of capsules filling.

l Flushing into empty capsule, into hopper and before sealing.

l Nitrogen gas supply by user, nitrogen cylinder or nitrogen generator (optional)

Coffee pressing & capsule rim cleaning unit

l Compressing coffee into capsule when coffee level is beyond capsule top to ensuring the filled coffee all inside the capsule internal space.

l With capsule rim cleaning system to suck remaining coffee at capsule rim after filling, get good sealing performance.

Foil lid dispensing unit

l Work with pre-cut aluminium foil lid.

l Storage rod can contain quantity of lids up to 1500 pieces and dispensed onto filled capsule one by one.

l Vacuum generator form vacuum suction first, one piece lid will be picked by a rubber vacuum suction cup which direction is upward, switch suction cup direction by air cylinder, suction cup face down, vacuum suction close and lid drop onto filler capsule, vacuum suction cup back to original position and pick another lid.

l Total 6 piece plastic suckers.

No lid sensor tracking unit

l When sensor detect there is not lid onto filled capsule machine stop, 3 colors troubleshooting lamp alarm, operator feed one lid onto capsule by hand manually, start machine. This is used for preventing coffee wasting and ensure machine clean.

l This function can be suspended on HMI.

Sealing unit

l Pneumatic type sealing, special designed sealing unit, capsule sealing surface is uniform and beautiful.

l High quality copper sealing head, high thermal conductivity and stable temperature.

l Constant temperature (intelligent temperature control), high quality Omron temperature controller and solid state relay control.

l Sealing time, sealing temperature are adjustable.

l One time sealing, OMRON brand temperature controller.

l 6 piece sealing head .

l One time sealing.

Output unit

l The output system is composed of vacuum generator, vacuum suction cup, rotating air cylinder and 1 meter conveyor belt.

l Vacuum generator form vacuum suction first, sealed capsule will be picked by a rubber vacuum suction cup which is installed on a moving arm that is driven by a rotating air cylinder, the suction cup touch and get capsule out from mold plate while the arm moving, vacuum suction close and capsule drop onto conveyor belt, vacuum suction cup back to original position and pick another capsule.

Air cylinder moving tracking unit

l Air cylinders at filling, sealing stations with magnetic limited switch.

l Air cylinder does not work functional due to wet compressed air from air compressor or nonfunctional solenoid value. It will send signal back to PLC if works functional, otherwise PLC not receive signal. In the absence of signal from PLC, rotary table does not move. Such as air cylinder at sealing station not works well, the sealing head is still standing inside the mold plate, some part will be bent if rotary table moves.
