Overview
This production line is mainly used in pharmaceutical, health care
products such as oral liquid, syrup,liquor, tincture and healthcare
product in different viscosity packing.
Features
-Monobloc of filling and capping in one machine, low space
occupied.
-Rotary running system for both filling and capping, working stably
and high efficient.
-Adopt volumetric piston pump to fill high precision, fit to light
liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down,
convenient to clean and sterilize.
-The seal ring of piston pump is made of different kinds of
material, such as silicone, Teflon etc. Optional ceramic pump in
special use.
-PLC control system, frequency conversion adjustable speed.
-Filling volume of all pumps is major adjusted in one time, minor
adjustment for each pump.Easy and quick operate.
-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.
-Top bottom fill, mostly reduce foam.
-The capping head use two knives screw thread, two knives sealing,
and blade quenching, durable, seal and threaded are esthetic and
unity.
-The whole machine conforms to the GMP regulation.
