Overview
The line is mainly used in the daily chemical industry for
automatic packaging production line for nutrient, oil emulsion,
coating agent and other liquids with the special bottle with the
inner plug, dropper, brush head. The whole line includes bottle
unscrambling, washing, filling, stoppling, capping, labeling,
packing, packaging and other equipment. Personalized customization,
suits to a wide range of application.
Features
- Touch screen operation platform, PLC control, host frequency
conversion speed regulation.
- The whole line is designed according to the specification,
running stably and reliably, with fewer operators.
- Nitrogen filling is optional before and after filling,
man-machine interface adjustment of filling quantity, servo motor
driven.
- Optional bottle air rinsing function.
- No bottle, no filling. Manipulator places the stoppler. No
bottle, no stoppling.
- No stoppler, no outer cover capping. Protection against stoppler
and cover cap shortage.
- Optional servo-driven capping head, bottle fixture and cap
holding device can be equipped at the capping position. Torquing
force adjustable.
-Machine automatic stop if there is no bottle at the feeding
entrance, and automatic start if there are incoming bottles.
- Automatic protection of all front and rear machines, high
automation, remote maintenance can be available.
