Description of PVC Pipe Production Line:

1.Extruder:

This pvc pipe making machine has quantitative feeding device, match the extrusion amount with the feeding amount, to ensure the pipe stable extrusion.Dur to use of twin screw extruder, the feeding section has a large diameter, therefore, the heat transfer area and shear velocity of the material are relatively large,it is good for product plasticization.

Metering section has small diameter, so reduce the heat transfer area and the shear velocity of the melt, to make the melt can extrusion in low temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel,plasticize the pvc mix material and push it to the machine head, thus to achieve compaction, melting, mixing homohrmization, in this process, it also can realise exhaust, dewatering.

Feeding device and screw device adopt frequency speed adjust, it can realize synchronous speed regulation.

2.Pipe mould:

This part is the most important part of pipe forming.

3.Vacuum sizing water tank:

adopt our company developed cooling and sizing system,special designed stainless steel water tank and sizing tank, then add recycled spray cooling, to ensure the pipe diameter size and roundness. Using speed control system, to ensure the stable of the traction speed.The vacuum water tank has manual control system.

4.Traction machine:

Adopt frequency speed regulation, using for continuous and automatically pulling the cooled and hardened pipe out of the machine head,it can save electric power.

5.Cutting machine:

Controlled by the stroke switch according to the required length, to realize automatic cutting, and delay over frame, the implementation of production line.The cutting machine to the fixed length switch signal as the instruction, complete the cutting process, in the cutting process and pipe operation to maintain synchronization, cutting process by electric and pneumatic drive to complete, the cutting machine is equipped with dust suction device, will cut the debris generated timely suction, and recovery.

6.Stacker:

The overturning action is controlled by the cylinder through the gas path. The overturning material is set up with a limit device. When the cutting saw cuts off the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds, and wait for the next cycle.
