Digital display carbon black content tester
Summary:
With the alarm function at the end of the experiment, the alarm
time can be set and the ventilation time of nitrogen and oxygen can
be set. Application: suitable for the determination of carbon black
in polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutene plastics.
Technical features:
1. 4 digit digital tube display, display the current temperature,
set the temperature, can set 30 temperature program segment.
2. Furnace structure is Quartz glass tube cavity, need to take out
and put sample, use is strictly prohibited to break. Heating
furnace body and control system integration design, convenient for
user's instrument management.
3. Temperature program section manual input, automatic storage,
save successfully, user operation only need a key button to start.
4. Nitrogen and oxygen gas instrument manual switching, equipped
with high-precision floating ball gas flowmeter.
5. Rapid cooling device is selected to realize rapid cooling of
temperature and improve the utilization efficiency of the machine.
6. Nano blanket new insulation material, achieve excellent thermal
insulation effect, high uniformity of furnace temperature.
