Structure and working principle of chicken manure rotary drum dryer
Odorless chicken manure dryer is mainly composed of heat source,
feeder, feeder, rotating drum, material crushing device,
discharging machine, induced fan, discharger and distribution
cabinet; after the dewatered wet material is added to the dryer,
under the flip of the baffle board which is evenly distributed in
the drum, the material is evenly dispersed in the chicken manure
dryer and the hot air is fully contacted to speed up the drying
heat and mass transfer. In the drying process, under the action of
the baffle and hot air with inclination, the material will be
discharged from the dryer to another section of the star discharge
valve.
