Two Varifuel Mixers Mounted To Inlet Body , Airflow Up To 1600 CFM , Available As Modular Components

The Model 600DVF is a duplex carburetor comprised of two Varifuel 600VF mixers mounted to a common throttle/gas inlet body for applications with airflow requirements up to 1600 CFM (7551 L/s). The Model 600VF Mixer is a concentric flow type air valve carburetor with a precision gas metering valve attached to the air valve. The air valve and gas valve motion is linear in relation to the volumetric flow. The air/fuel ratio is controlled by the adjustable power valve and the shape of the gas metering valve and the pressure from the gas regulator.

The gas valve and jet combinations are easily replaced to provide performance and emission levels as defined by each customer to meet various fuel and burn strategies. Gas valves and jets can be ordered in matching sets. These units are designed for 14,000 MTBF (mean time between failures). Advanced guide bushing material provides a more durable solution over the standard 600D carburetor.

The 600D Varifuel Mixer is not available as an assembly, but it is ordered in modular components to be assembled to the desired configuration.
