| Incoming Quality Control | All incoming materials used for NC machining production should be
inspected and marked before use, so as to receive inspection.
Different measurement methods are used to check against the
approved data. Once unqualified, the raw materials will be returned
for further inspection. |
| Production Quality Control | We check in the process of NC machining and manufacturing. The
frequency of inspection depends on the quality standards specified
in the project. Record all manufacturing data for future reference. |
| Final Quality Control | All processed CNC parts are inspected according to our quality
standards. Products are sampled according to AQL sampling rate
before leaving our production plant and entering the warehouse. |
