III. Working principle and structural characteristics of Rotary
Valve Unloading Impeller Feeder
The rigid impeller feeder is mainly composed of shell, impeller and
end cover. Reducer, transmission shaft, impeller as one, reliable,
light and energy saving. Because the bearing and reducer of the
machine are protruding outward, the phenomenon that dust can be
squeezed into the bearing and large particle material can be
avoided. When working, the deceleration motor drives the impeller
to rotate through the coupling, the material in the upper part of
the shell is brought evenly to the lower part, and the material is
transported away by the next device.
IV. Instructions for use of Rotary Valve Unloading Impeller Feeder
1. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before
use, and whether to install overload protection.
2. This product has been added No. 00 lithium grease before leaving
the factory.
3. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine
particle dry materials, such as high humidity and high viscosity
materials, high temperature materials need to be customized
separately.
4. The safety should be paid attention to when starting, and the
hand should not be extended to the rotor part.
