Star Unloader
I. Overview.
YJD series Star Unloader device, also known as electric ash unloading valve, it consists of
three parts: motor pinwheel cycloid needle (Z) and rotating dragon
type unloader, there are two series and 60 kinds of specifications,
the inlet and outlet flange square is type A and the round one is
type B.
This unloader device is the main equipment for dust discharging
equipment, air feeding and other equipment feeding, suitable for
powder and granular materials, widely used in environmental
protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, food and other
industrial sectors.
Characteristics are below:
1. The structure is compact, the shape is beautiful, and the use is
convenient.
2. The operation is stable and the noise is low.
3. Because the bearing and tooth box are some distance from the
shell, the high temperature lubrication has been greatly improved.
4. Our factory can also be designed and manufactured according to
the requirements of users. (support coupling belt chain drive)
II. Working principle and structural characteristics
Star Unloader is composed of shell, impeller and end cover. The reducer,
transmission shaft and impeller are combined into one, which is
reliable, light and energy-saving. As the bearings and reducer of
this machine are protruding outward, it can avoid the phenomenon of
dust squeezing into the bearings and large granular material
jamming.
III. Instructions for use
1. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before
use, and whether to install overload protection.
2. This product has been added No. 00 lithium grease before leaving
the factory.
3. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine
particle dry materials, such as high humidity and high viscosity
materials, high temperature materials need to be customized
separately.
4. The safety should be paid attention to when starting, and the
hand should not be extended to the rotor part.
